DIAMOND, Jack, entrepreneur (b 9 Apr 1909, Lubience, Poland; d 25 Mar 2001, Vancouver). He immigrated to Canada in 1926 to join his brother Dave in VANCOUVER. From his first job peddling potatoes door-to-door he moved quickly into the meat business.
