Milner

MILNER, a DAIRY FARMING settlement 22 km southeast of NEW WESTMINSTER in the municipality of LANGLEY, was named after Viscount Milner, a British colonial administrator. The area is known for its honey (see also APICULTURE). Langley's fairgrounds and AGRICULTURAL hall were built here in 1918. Milner was also a station on the BC ELECTRIC RWY CO INTERURBAN line.
