Pacific


PACIFIC, a small settlement and VIA Rail station 35 km northeast of TERRACE on the west side of the SKEENA R, was originally called Nicholl. It was renamed because the Pacific Division of the GRAND TRUNK PACIFIC RWY began here. There is little left at the site today.
