Thom, Bing Wing


THOM, Bing Wing, architect (b 8 Dec 1940, Hong Kong; d 4 Oct 2016, Hong Kong). He moved to VANCOUVER as a child and studied ARCHITECTURE at UBC and the Univ of California at Berkeley. In 1963 he joined Arthur ERICKSON's Vancouver office and managed prominent Erickson projects such as Robson Square Courthouse and Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. He established his own firm in 1980.
