Tobin, Henry Seymour


TOBIN, Henry Seymour, soldier, industrialist (b 12 Jan 1877, Ottawa, ON; d Jan 1956, Vancouver). After graduating from the Royal Military College in Kingston, ON, he joined the North West Mounted Police and took part in the survey of the Edmonton-to-Whitehorse route to the Klondike GOLD RUSH in 1898–99.
