Whalley


WHALLEY is the densely urbanized northwest corner of SURREY. Originally it was named Whalley's Corner, after Arthur Whalley, a pioneer settler; the present name was adopted in 1948. The SKYTRAIN arrived in 1994, linking this suburban commercial centre with downtown VANCOUVER.
