YOUNG, James "Jim" ("Dirty Thirty"), football player (b 6 June, 1943, Hamilton, ON). An all-star on both offence and defence at Queen's Univ, he was a running back for 2 years with the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL before the BC LIONS acquired him from Toronto in 1967. He played in a variety of positions over his FOOTBALL career but primarily was a wide receiver from 1971 until his retirement 8 years later.
