Edward King Island


Edward King Island (48˚50'00" 125˚12'00" W side of Trevor Channel, S of Diana I, Barkley Sd, W side of Vancouver I). Capt Edward Hammond King, born in Devon, England, in 1832, accidentally shot and killed himself on this island in 1861 while taking his gun out of a boat to hunt deer.
