BC CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE IN HIV/AIDS was established in 1992 by the BC Ministry of Health and Providence Health Care, a group of Lower Mainland ROMAN CATHOLIC hospitals. It operates in VANCOUVER from St Paul's Hospital, which provides care to more than 65% of the seropositive people in the province.
