BC Film

BC FILM (later BC Film + Media) was a provincial government agency, established in 1987, that used public money to promote BC-controlled film and digital media production in the province. In 2013 it merged with the BC Film Commission to create a new agency, Creative BC, with responsibility for supporting all the artistic industries: film, television, digital media, music and book publishing.
