Blucher Hall

BLUCHER HALL was a farming settlement (see AGRICULTURE) located between the N THOMPSON R and ADAMS LK 50 km northeast of KAMLOOPS. Donald Fraser, who had worked on the construction of the CPR, then settled in 1895 at Forest Lake, opened a post office and store and named his farm Blucher Hall after an estate he had inherited in England but did not claim.
