Mount Currie


MOUNT CURRIE, pop 400, is a Lil'wat RESERVE near the northern end of Lillooet Lk, on the BC RAIL line 5 km east of PEMBERTON. The Lil'wat are a division of the ST'AT'IMC (Lillooet) people. The reserve population is spread between a newer residential subdivision named Xitolacw, the older community that dates from the 1870s, and a number of homes along Lillooet Lake Road.
