Telford, James Lyle


TELFORD, James Lyle, doctor, politician (b 21 June 1889, Valens, ON; d 27 Sept 1960, Vancouver). A medical doctor by profession, he was one of the best-known inter-war socialist politicians in BC. He edited his own newspaper, the Challenge, and read extremely popular political commentaries on VANCOUVER radio.
