Denman Island


Denman Island (49˚32'45" 124˚47'31" Between Hornby I and Vancouver I, W side of Str of Georgia), Denman Point (49˚33'00" 124˚51'00" W side of Denman I). Spanish explorer José Narváez named Denman I and Hornby I the Islas de Lerena, after Spanish politician and minister Pedro Lopez de Lerena (1734–92).
