Dorothy Island


Dorothy Island (53˚39'20" 128˚51'17" In Devastation Channel, S of Kitimat), Dorothy Narrows (53˚39'00" 128˚50'00" Between Dorothy I and the mainland). Dorothy Anderson was the daughter of Lt Col William Anderson, chief engineer of Canada’s Dept of Marine and Fisheries and gen superintendent of lighthouses from 1880 until the early 20th century.
