Radar Beaches (49˚04'00" 125˚50'00" Below Radar Hill), Radar Hill (49˚05'03" 125˚50'29" Just SE of Tofino, in Pacific Rim National Park, W side of Vancouver I). A long-range radar station, part of the Pinetree Line, an early-warning defence against incoming missiles, was built on the hill in the early 1950s and closed down in 1958.
