BROWN, Rosemary (Wedderburn), politician, social activist (b 17 June 1930, Kingston, Jamaica; d 26 April 2003, Vancouver). She came to Canada in 1950 to attend McGill Univ in Montreal. After graduation she followed her fiancee Bill Brown to VANCOUVER, where he was studying medicine. They married in 1955 and had 3 children.
