Union of Electors


UNION OF ELECTORS was a short-lived faction of SOCIAL CREDIT adherents led by Maj A.H. Jukes, head of the BC branch of the Social Credit Assoc. The Union ran 12 candidates in the 1949 provincial election, not one of whom won. It subsequently gave way to the SOCIAL CREDIT LEAGUE as the dominant voice of Social Credit in BC.
