54•40 is an internationally successful rock band with roots in the punk rock movement of the late 1970s. The band's founders, Neil Osborne and Brad Merritt, met in 1978 at South Delta High in TSAWWASSEN, and 54•40 debuted on 31 Dec 1980 at the legendary birthplace of VANCOUVER punk rock, the Smilin' Buddha Cabaret.
