ANDERSON, David Alexander Hebden, politician (b 16 Apr 1937, Victoria). He was an accomplished athlete as a student, and won a silver medal in ROWING at the 1960 Olympics. After graduating from UBC law school, he worked in the Canadian foreign service from 1963 to 1967, then won election as a Liberal Member of Parliament for VICTORIA in 1968.
