Atkinson, Point

ATKINSON, POINT, at the west end of W VANCOUVER, guards the northern entrance to BURRARD INLET. The present LIGHTHOUSE, now automated and designated a National Historic Site, was erected in 1912, replacing the original wooden structure dating from 1875.
