BC CATTLEMEN'S ASSOCIATION (BCCA) has been the official voice of BC ranchers since 1929. With a membership of almost 1,300, the BCCA is a grassroots organization representing the interests of beef cattle producers. The 56 local stockmen's groups combine to form 15 regional associations, which elect the executive. The BCCA publishes the magazine Beef in BC 7 times a year. See also CATTLE INDUSTRY.
