BC FEDERATION OF LABOUR, an affiliation of labour unions representing more than 500,000 workers, is the dominant voice of organized labour in BC. The executive includes representatives from the 14 largest affiliated unions plus 6 chosen to meet affirmative action and sectoral requirements.
