BC SPORTS HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM was founded in 1966 and located in the BC Pavilion on the grounds of the PNE in VANCOUVER. It moved to BC PLACE STADIUM in 1991. Sports columnist Eric Whitehead was instrumental in developing the facility during its early years and legendary ROWING coach Frank READ was the founding chair.
