BAXTER, Robert, architect (b 7 Sept 1936, Bralorne). After completing a B Arch at UBC in 1960, he pursued a dual specialty in institutional design and heritage restoration. Restoration work has included the BC LEGISLATIVE BUILDINGS, FORT STEELE Heritage Town, St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, CRAIGDARROCH, and Lampson St and Victoria High schools.
