Buck Ridge

BUCK RIDGE, 25 km south of QUESNEL on the west side of the FRASER R on the old W Fraser Rd, is the centre of a farming and ranching district (see AGRICULTURE; CATTLE INDUSTRY), site of a store and community hall. A post office operated here from 1948 to 1961.
