BUCKLAND & TAYLOR LTD. was a structural engineering firm based in Vancouver. Peter G. Buckland and Peter R. Taylor founded the company in 1972. They were young civil engineers with training in the United Kingdom: Buckland at Cambridge, Taylor at U. of Birmingham, UBC and U. of Bristol.
