Caravan Farm Theatre

CARAVAN FARM THEATRE is a THEATRE company based on a farm near ARMSTRONG since 1978. Paul Kirby and Nans Kelder founded it in 1969 as Caravan Stage Co and toured from place to place in horse-drawn wagons. The troupe settled at the farm while Nick Hutchinson was artistic director from 1976 to 1993. In 1984 it split into the resident Caravan Farm Theatre and the touring stage company.
