City of Vancouver Book Award


CITY OF VANCOUVER BOOK AWARD is an annual prize of $2,000 for the year's best book—fiction or non-fiction—about VANCOUVER, as chosen by a panel of judges from the book WRITING and PUBLISHING community. Inaugurated in 1989, the prize is presented at the opening ceremonies of the Vancouver International Writers & Readers Festival each Oct. For list of winners, see chart.
