CORNWALL, Clement Francis, lawyer, politician, lt gov 1881–87 (b 18 June 1836, Gloucestershire, England; d 15 Feb 1910, Victoria). The son of an Anglican cleric, he immigrated to BC with his brother Henry Pennant Cornwall in 1862.
