CRAFTS ASSOCIATION OF BC (CABC) is a coordinating organization for professional craftspeople in the province. Founded in 1973 as the Craftsmen's Association of BC (it took its present name in 1984), the CABC operates the Crafthouse Shop and Gallery on GRANVILLE ISLAND in VANCOUVER. The association emerged from a slow flowering of the crafts in BC following WWII.
