DOA was the premier band of the punk rock era in VANCOUVER in the late 1970s. The band was founded in 1978 by Joe Keithley, whose stage name was Joey Shithead (vocals, guitar), Randy Rampage (bass), and Chuck Biscuits (drums). Through the years the band's lineup has changed and Keithley is the only remaining original member.
