Daniells, Roy


DANIELLS, Roy, teacher, poet (b 6 Apr 1902, London, England; d 13 Apr 1979, Vancouver). He arrived in VICTORIA with his family in 1910. After graduating from UBC and the Univ of Toronto he became a professor of English. Most of his career until his retirement in 1974 was spent at UBC, where he was head of the English department.
