DARBY, George Elias, medical missionary (b 27 Oct 1889, Everton, ON; d 1 Sept 1962, Vancouver). After studying medicine at the Univ of Toronto, where he graduated as a silver medallist in 1913, he moved to VANCOUVER to intern at the General Hospital.
