Evelyn

EVELYN, 12 km northwest of SMITHERS on the GRAND TRUNK PACIFIC RWY, was named after Evelyn Smithers, daughter of GTP chairman Sir Alfred Waldron Smithers. Only the community hall (a former school) remains of this small farming settlement.
