FAST + EPP is an engineering consulting firm with headquarters in Vancouver. The founding partners were Paul Fast (b 1956, Vancouver) and Gerald Epp (b 1956, Kitimat). They met as engineering students at UBC. After graduation in 1981, both helped to design structures for the Expo 86 World's Fair -- Fast with Bogue Babicki & Associates, and Epp with C.Y.
