FOSTER, David Walter, musician, record producer (b 1 Nov 1949, Victoria). After growing up in VICTORIA, he moved to England when he was still in his teens to pursue a career in pop music. When he returned to Canada he played briefly with Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins, then moved to VANCOUVER and played in the band Skylark, which had a huge success with its song "Wildflower."
