Griffin, Harold "Hal"

GRIFFIN, Harold "Hal," labour journalist (b 1912, London, England; d 1998, Vancouver). He began his career on Fleet Street and moved to Canada during the Depression. He joined the Communist Party and spent his life reporting for the political left.
