Hamber Provincial Park

HAMBER PROVINCIAL PARK, 245 sq km, lies adjacent to Jasper National Park in the ROCKY MTS west of the Continental Divide. When it was established in 1941, it spanned the distance along the Rockies from Mt ROBSON Provincial Park to YOHO NATIONAL PARK, but the boundaries were redrawn in response to commercial pressure, largely from the LOGGING industry.
