Hopkinson, William Charles

HOPKINSON, William Charles, police official (b 16 June 1880, Delhi, India; d 21 Oct 1914, Vancouver). His father was an officer in the British Indian army and his mother was Indian. He was a member of the Calcutta police when he came to BC on leave in 1908.
