HOTSON, NORMAN, architect, urban designer (b 1947) and JOOST BAKKER, architect, urban planner, artist (b 1948). They met in high school in Toronto, and both earned honours architecture degrees from University of Toronto. Hotson set up a practice in Vancouver in 1973.
