Hutchison, Bruce

HUTCHISON, Bruce, journalist and author (b 5 June 1901, Prescott, ON; d 14 Sept 1992, Victoria). His family moved to BC when he was a baby. He began his long career in journalism as a sports reporter with the Victoria Times in 1918. He went to Ottawa to cover national politics for the first time in 1925, then returned to become editor of the Times.
