IMPERIAL PARKING LTD (Impark), the largest parking lot operator in Canada, was founded in VANCOUVER in 1962. In 2004, when it was sold to Cleveland-based Gates Group LLC, the company managed more than 1,680 parking lots in cities in N America and Asia. Annual revenues exceeded $150 million.
