INTERNATIONAL FOREST PRODUCTS LTD (Interfor) originated in 1933 as a small SAWMILL, the Tidewater Lumber Co, at WHONNOCK on the north shore of the FRASER R near MISSION. As ownership changed over the years, the company acquired a shake and shingle mill at STAVE LK and additional timber holdings in the FRASER VALLEY.
