JAEGER is a falcon-like GULL, graceful and speedy, recognized by its elongated central tail feathers. It nests on the Arctic tundra and spends the rest of the year in the air at sea. With its dark head and back and its white underparts, the jaeger is most commonly seen on the offshore banks and around fishing vessels.
