JUDICIAL SYSTEM in BC consists of 3 courts: the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court, which includes Adult Criminal Court, Small Claims Court, Family Court and Youth Court. The court of last resort is the Supreme Court of Canada but only a small number of cases from BC are referred to it.
