MALKIN, William Harold, merchant (b 30 July 1868, Burslem, England; d 11 Oct 1959, Vancouver). He immigrated to Canada in 1884 and came west to VANCOUVER in 1895 with his 2 brothers. They established a wholesale grocery business, W.H. Malkin & Co, which flourished during the days of the Klondike GOLD RUSH.
