McDONALD, Wendy Burdon, business leader (b 13 June 1922; d 30 Dec 2012, Vancouver). Raised on a North Vancouver farm, she began her business career in 1950 when her first husband's untimely death thrust her into the day-to-day management of a fledgling machine shop.
