Molson Indy Vancouver

MOLSON INDY VANCOUVER was an event in the Championship Auto Racing Teams series, held on city streets in the Yaletown district of VANCOUVER. From 1990 to 2004, a 3 km loop was blocked off for a week each summer with concrete barriers, temporary grandstands and mesh fencing. The CART entries were Indianapolis-type single seat racing cars with turbocharged engines. Racing speeds exceeded 300 km/h along Pacific Boulevard.
