NORRIS, Leonard Matheson "Len," newspaper cartoonist (b 1 Dec 1913, London, England; d 12 Aug 1997, Langley). He joined the VANCOUVER SUN newspaper in 1950 and for 38 years his cartoons were a fixture on the editorial pages. His comic world included an exaggerated version of suburban W VANCOUVER, a.k.a.
